Pension Rights Center

The Pension Rights Center (PRC) is the country's only consumer organization dedicated solely to protecting and promoting the pension rights of American workers, retirees and their families. The PRC identifies inequities in America's pension systems, proposes realistic reform measures, and helps employees and retirees understand and enforce their legal rights. The National Pension Assistance Resource Center (National PARC), a PRC initiative, provides legal training and support to the Administration on Aging's Pension Counseling and Information Program. National PARC also has primary responsibility for developing and maintaining the PensionHelp America website - realizing the PRC's longstanding goal of providing everyone with a pension question a place to go for help. Administration on Aging

The Administration on Aging (AoA), an agency within the United States department of Health and Human Services, is one of the largest providers of home and community based care for American seniors and their caregivers. Funded by the Older Americans Act, the AoA offers such important programs as home and community-based care, “meals on wheels,” and legal assistance for the elderly. The AoA also created the Pension Counseling and Information Program  that currently serves 25 states through 6 regional projects, and has obtained more nearly $75 million in benefits for those it has served. Atlantic Philanthropies

The Atlantic Philanthropies is a philanthropic organization dedicated to bringing about lasting changes in the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable people through grant-making.  Atlantic focuses on critical social problems of today related to aging, disadvantaged children and youth, population health, and reconciliation and human rights.  Atlantic is a limited life philanthropy guided by the founder’s belief that philanthropists should focus on the problems of today and engage in significant charitable giving while still alive.  With its focus on long-term solutions, Atlantic’s financial support of PensionHelp America will help the Pension Rights Center long-term resource for pensioners now and in the future. Retirement Research Foundation

For more than 20 years, the Retirement Research Foundation (RRF) has been a key catalyst behind efforts targeted to addressing the aging and retirement issues of older Americans. Over that period, the RRF has invested more than $115 million to help build a network of innovative and skilled individuals and institutions - each committed to addressing specific issues older adults. A long-time supporter of pension counseling and assistance initiatives both nationally and locally, the RRF continues its commitment to the retirement security of older Americans with financial support for the PensionHelp America initiative. Public Welfare Foundation

The Public Welfare Foundation (PWF) is a private grant-making organization dedicated to supporting organizations that provide services to disadvantaged populations and that work for lasting improvements services to meet basic human needs. For many years, the PWF has supported national and local pension counseling initiatives as part of its funding efforts designed to improve the quality of life for the disadvantaged elderly and other underserved populations.
